Should I pay customs fees?

If such conditions are provided by the customs legislation of your country, you will have to pay the customs fees in the amount exceeding the amount of the duty-free import. Please, pay attention: the customer is responsible for the payment of any applicable delivery fees.

You will know the amount of customs fees only when your goods reach the customs and the shipping agent contacts you. Customs clearance fees can increase the delivery period. Pay attention: we cannot influence on the period of customs clearance of your order.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number.
Enter the tracking number on the website of the chosen courier: Major Express or Fedex.

If for any reason you did not receive the email with the tracking number, please, contact our customer service at or use the feedback form on our website.
The prices of goods displayed on our website are specified in Armenian drams (for Armenia) and in euros (for other countries). However, you can easily pay for your order using your debit or credit cards in any currency. During payment process, our bank will simply recalculate the purchase price at the current official exchange rate.
Return Policy
We hope you will be pleased with your purchases. However, if for any reason you want to make full or partial return, you have 30 days to send your order back and get refund.

Put the goods that did not fit you into the package, attach the return form and send it using courier service, which guarantees delivery and customs clearance of international shipping. The shipping of returned goods is carried out only at your expense. We recommend you to use the State Postal Service, EMS, UPS, or DHL.

Due to the existing customs restrictions, all returns should be carried out from the country of order delivery.

Required documents:

  1. We have preliminarily prepared and enclosed to your order a standard invoice form, a document required for customs clearance in case of return. Fill out five pages (1 original and 4 copies) of the standard invoice form and attach them to the exterior side of your parcel.
  2. Sending the parcel, you should fill out the customs declaration, provided by the courier service: in the column "Description of contents", please, specify the exact name and cost of the returned goods.

As soon as we get the returned goods, we will refund the amount of your purchase to the bankcard used during payment. The refund period can take up to 10 business days. The refunding period to your card depends on the bank and, unfortunately, we cannot influence it anyway.

Please, pay attention: we do not refund the shipping expenses and customs fees.
